Frequently asked questions

mob-connect gives you the admin portal and the digital-key link workflow out of the box. mob-connect + API adds full API access so you can integrate with your reservation system or build custom flows.
You send it: email, SMS, WhatsApp, whatever you already use to communicate with your customer. The link is a hyperlink; the customer taps it and unlocks the car. No app install required.
Under two hours per vehicle, done by your own mechanic or installer. We run a live video onboarding for your installer and keep a dedicated WhatsApp group open with our engineers throughout your rollout.
You can immobilize the vehicle remotely from the admin portal: safely disable the engine start when the car is off. You also have live GPS position.
A small tag on the car key and a holder in the glove compartment. At the end of a reservation the platform shows whether the tag is in the holder, so you know the key came back. On mob-connect you check it in the admin. With the API you can feed it straight into your reservation system. A removed tag reads as key-not-returned, which is itself a signal.
Yes. mob-connect does not replace your reservation system. If you want to integrate the two, mob-connect + API is the path.
